Aug 26 2007, 05:12 PM
I'm Foxly.
--It's my old LARP name from Savannah, GA. 11 years ago. Not many people knew the players' real names so they'd just call them by their character names. Foxly was a monnicker thrown at me from Foxglove (the actual name) and it has stuck ever since.
--I'm American, age 28 and live in Leicester, East Midlands, England, U.K. with my native husband and avid gamer, Peter.
--I'm a housewife (no kids -wewt!) restarting my student career beginning with Art & Design, so next year I'll be able to get into Animation Design at De Montfort University. I'm considering a double major in Illustration.
--I'm an ubertroll and a gamer and have been for who cares how long -ages! I burn out on a new MMORPG every year, I'm considering going back to Guild Wars. The RPG of choice at the mo' is Heroes Unlimited.
--It's hard to choose a favorite LFG character, but I'd have to say it's Richard.

Well you are at the age were gender specific items will be less abundant unless you are a girlie-girl. As for LDS does that mean Latter Day Saint (Mormon) or Long Distance Service? If the latter (oh wit) how much for calls from Canada to the US?

all i know is that san fran is near the middle, and the springs are somewhat south. yep, i dont know much about cal other than political aspects.

Altadena is SoCal. It's about a 20 minute drive to LA. The closest other 'major' city to us is Pasadena.
Palm Springs and San Fran is a bit of a drive from us.

Sup. Im Malok, you mightve guessed.
Im 26, and live in Oklahoma, crotch of the nation. I am married and have a 2 year old son.
I play WoW in my spare time, not forsaking random console games as well.
I love myself some good books. Im so behind on reading right now its epic.
I have worked mostly in food service, usually ending up in management thereof. Popeyes was my latest conquest, and I now have an eye on the Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse.
And if I had to pick a favorite character, I would just stammer then stare into space for as long as it took for you to lose interest.

Me is a 13 year old living in Ithaca, NY. He Likes reading, playing WoW, talking on this forum, and sleeping. His name is Peter. In general, He likes PoTC and star wars. Also, He likes reading webcomics and drawing the one he is currently making on his own. (Not good at drawing though) I'm not doing a very good job with the description, am I?
oh and in case any of you havent looked at it in the real pic thread, He looks (approximately) like this:

Hell since everyone is doing it and I don't remember if I did it.
My name is Justin, but my handles include Da Hunter, Tabernac, and Lispy (original I know). I am the resident Country music listener though my tastes are diverse and usually listen to a playlist mixing Country, Rock, and Soundtracks. I worked in a Mine Warehouse this last summer and went to my first year of university before that. As the Title says I am a British Columbian, BC is the western most province in Canada. I bake cookies like a hot damn and have yet to be bested by an other untrained baker. I like to read and play video games but I haven't been able to do much of either with the whole working and school thing then trying to have a life in the outside after all that so I make up for it by watching movies. I'm going to Thompson Rivers University for my second year of the Bachelor of Arts with hopes to go to the University of Victoria for my third and fourth years. I'm basically aiming myself at becoming a High school History teacher though if I could get my foot in a door I would take up some annoyingly fun Anthropology job in the Archeology branch of it. I'm a rambler and that is why this is all over the place.

Hi, I'm Tanga. My forum is www.pointlesswasteoftime.com, and I feel like I'm cheating on them by being here! I've been over there for 7 years. Damn.
I'm a 23 year old lady, live in New York City and work in an office building in Times Square. Graduated from Fordham Univ. last year. I've been reading LFG for a few months now and absolutely love it. I love to read almost everything in between playing WoW, but I've taken the summer off from the game to GO OUTSIDE, so I'm reading a lot more.
Hm. I also have two ferrets! Those are kind of like koalas, right?

What are your ferrets names! Mine are Muffin (really, don't ask) and Sigma. Sadly, I can't even take em out to the park because they're illegal in the city. Poor little Sigma likes to go for walks on his leash, though Muffin just kind of freezes when we go outside and tries to climb up my leg. I'll have to see a picture of yours, too, to determine whose are cutest.

im 16, single (im REALLY nerdy) and enjoy long killing sprees on the beaches, stealing souls, and killing babies (at least I don't let it go to wast, i eat the entire thing).
I play everquest 2 when i get time, and have also played many other games. to name a few, Knights Online, Nightmist (my only MUD), 9Dragons, Rubies of Eventide, Planeshift (in a pre-Alpha state, combat didn't even exist), and several others
I am reading Malazan Book of the Fallen and Wheel of Time right now, looking for good books to fill my time while i wait for sequals.
Jaskal
Aug 30 2007, 08:40 PM
Yo. I be called Jaskal. I liked it because I hadn't clicked the random generator for it when I made my warlock on WoW.
I hail from a tiny town just west of Chicago, IL, and I be 16 years of age. Although don't let that fool you, I have trouble convincing people that I just meet that I'm less than 21.
I work as a "service clerk" at Jewel Osco (Which is the local grocery store, for those of you who don't live in or near the Chicago-land area). The title "service clerk" is just a sham. They try to make us feel better when everyone else is muttering, "bagger" or "cart-boy".
Anyways, I am a video game "nerd", or so to speak. I enjoy spending most of my time playing WoW, Halo, or any other sort of well made, interesting games. I switch my life on and off according to how I feel when I wake up every morning, which determines whether I say, "Go and have band-practice", or "Have a Halo party with my friends", or any other such thing.
I am also fat. And male, if you couldn't tell. Being fat isn't as bad as everyone says, but it does get in the way when it comes to doing sports and sit-ups. Mainly sit-ups, when my gut gets in the way.
But, if anyone is still reading by now, I'm done. That's my basic bio, and I hope to enjoy the new "Sohmer Book Club", which I whole-heartedly support! Go Sohmer!
Lapislazuli
Aug 30 2007, 09:44 PM
Hi guys! I be that piece of blue rock sitting on the sidewalk

I liked the name Lapislazuli because it reminded me of a fictional character who's short-lived but nonetheless adorable

I'm going to turn 20 pretty soon, and I cannot wait because 19 has been somewhat of a nightmare year for me

I miss being 16 and in high school, so for those of you who are 16, cherish those days when you can.
Currently attending college in Baltimore. Unfortunately, I don't play much games or watch much movies/tv because I don't know what's good out there. As far as books are concerned, fantasy and sci/fi genre is still something new to me as it was introduced to me by my former suitemate just this summer. So, I guess that means I'd, too, be looking forward to the Sohmer Book Club. But, right now, I'm more interested in knowing how the story is gonna go for LFG. (as always...)

Intro post... maybe I should have posted here first or something... oh wellz.
I'm DMS, I'm 19 and live in Washington. Uhm...
I'm blatantly bad at intro posts?
Kinda want to link to my profile on a different web site and force you t read that essay... but I'm not going to do that because you don't need (or probably want for that matter) to know all the juicy gossip my life has in it's archive.
Hmm...
I'm unemployed, I live with my mother and a roommate. We have far too many animals and I only want to get more. List of pets:
1 Turtle
2 Chinchillas
2 Dogs
5 Rabbits
I8 cats
12+/- Chickens (two of which are house pets, the rest are layers)
11 fish (unless some of the guppies have died which is entirely possible)
I'd like to get a ferret or two, but my mom is against it. She's anti-ferret for whatever reason.
Eventually I will be breeding chinchillas and rabbits, but I need to have the space to do it, and that is the one thing I currently don't have. I know a cage dealer who I could get enough cages from, I just need a little out building to myself...
Bleh. I like animals obviously. My favorite drink is apple juice but one time a few years ago I got a sore n my mouth and had to have anti-enzyme medication, and it killed enough enzymes in my stomach that now I get sick whenever I drink apple juice. I write short stories on occasion, I mostly don't like them but other people do so I post them to deviant art when I can. I'm on government disability for mental health reasons. I like to read. I enjoy drawing but am bad at it. I'm an amatuer photographer, but have a kinda lame camera, but it is better than some and I am happy to have it. I have two places where I post my photography, photobucket and facebook, I have been using facebook the most lately because of the easiness of doing albums... eventually I will go through and re-organize my photobucket but for now I am to lazy.

I play all kinds of video games. I love comic books and spend more money on them then I most likely should.
I mostly play Guild Wars, however I will also dabble in WoW. I am very excited for the World of Darkness MMORPG that has been announced by White Wolf. I love board games like "Arkham Horror."
I work as a Global process coordinator for a software company, which sends me around the world to different countries.
Everyone who meets me seems to think I am Russian, when I am not. It is kind of strange...

Hello. Long-time lurker here, I registered a couple days ago and haven't posted until now. Hopefully you'll be seeing me around. "Perpetual" is the main character of a story of mine, but that's a topic for another time.
I like to read, alot, and play video games. Mostly I play City of Heroes and Guild Wars, but I have a World of Warcraft account I activate now and then when CoH gets boring. Play lots of console games as well, I'm a "casual gamer with powergaming tendencies".
Following the pet trend I only have two cats. I've always wanted ferrets, but California is anti-ferret. Also want a dog, but my mom doesn't like dogs.
Well, there I am, all introduced!
