Photoshop, Paint, Graphic Converter... Etc. Just snap a picture from one of the comics, add caption, and post.

I just use paint for some reason.

I use paint as well, then I upload it to ImageShack.

I used to use graphic converter, but I like the way the sites do it much more.

Probably not my best graphic performance, but... there you go.
