The Bloodrage are resourceful, my guess is that they saved some of the blood from the animals Richard killed during the night.

Different earrings and hairstyles, yes; but the dress appears similar to me, between the two panels: just at different angles. And hey, three's no problem with either Captain Obvious, or with the motivator.

The angle of the perspective has changed. She's still in the picture, she's just the one on the right in the last frame (you'll see her ponytail (the top of it at least) before it curves to the front of her shoulder.
I was rereading the past few pages and thought of this one. It's not great, but hey it's one in the morning...
Good headshot of Krunch for that one. The expression is perfect for that caption. It's the way he looks right before his eyes turn red and he gets out the hammer to play croquet....with Cale's head.
