There was a discussion on this WAAAY back in the day, and we came to the general consensus that Benny's "top" is like a giant slap-bracelet. It's grippabilty it was keeps it from falling off, and it's really tight so it also doubles as a push-up bra.

Which makes that top all the better now, because I am remembering back in the day when I was in high school that the "fun" thing to do was to stretch out and snap someone's slap-bracelet - extra points if they yelled when the end hit the soft part of their wrist.

I wanna snap Benny's slap-top.
