Hey Everybody,

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Damien Torreto. I am a fanatic drawer, and a long time fan of LFG and LICD. I have just recently started to draw the LFG Cast. My first one, Richard, has just seen completion and I wish to share it with all of you.

Now, to make things more interesting, I am planning on making a tutorial on how to draw this picture, which has been asked a lot for on this forum. Of course, I will run it by Lar first to make sure I am not telling any secrets.

I fell in love with the comic.
Unfortunately my artistic ability isn't what I'd call "talent," or even "ability"
So I apologize in advance for my poor representation.
I just thought I'd combine two of my favorite things, Robert Frost's Fire and Ice and Richard!

Ether way, the world needs more Benny. Hopefully this vaguely done picture counts. I'll probably edit the heck out of it one of these days and finally color it. When I do I'll post~

Really this post is just to show off, but if anyone else has huge Richards in their house I'd love to see them, especially if it helps convince my friends and family I'm not in fact insane (my brothers thought Richard was based off of my Warlock at first. I still dont know if I should be flattered or outraged).

Ok, I took some time with this one.
I tried to use Lar's work for inspiration instead of trying to copy it.
This is all in pencil but the scan makes it look a little pen-ish.
The closest I can come to and editor is Paint... and I will try to clean it up.
But if anyone gets bored and wants to do it for me...

Painted at work when the phone wasn't ringing via wacom tablet + photoshop...I'm the Help Desk Manager of a college so busy or bored there's no inbetween.

Okay I drew richard on my laptop along side with my character harvester. Harvester is my comic character who some how becomes the new grim reaper and Richard doesn't know that yet. Anyway the picture has words to small to see so I'll print on what they are saying

Richard: Are we there yet harvester? I'm starting to get a little hungry for some babies.

Harvester: Richard I'm only going to say this once. SHUT UP!

I made a Cale purse.

Here's my amigurumi (crochet doll) Richard! It's more like a chibi Richard torso...meh. BUT he's got interchangable ARMS (magnets are awesome like that)!! Regular chibi, Bear arms (because Richard is just that cool), and THE HANDFORK OF TRUTH!!!

Alrighty, I decided that Richard needed a Cale to torment! So, here he is! Amigurumi Cale'Anon, of course with spiffy accessories! Again, I gave him detatchable arms (mostly for Richard's amusement as he will surely make himself an Elflock in the near future) and made his hair out of feathers! He always been a little too fluffy for his own good anyway! This one is a more typical chibi amigurumi.

Been a while since I posted...XD Anyway...

I once said I would make a sculpture of Richard. Well, I did....like....4 months ago...heh. I finished it, took pictures, and lost my cord to upload them. So I let the sculpture gather dust and forgot about it. Then I found my cord. So here are some picture of said sculpture...dimensions are...11"" tall, I think? Made from Super Sculpey...after I ruined his hands by attaching the precious bloody skull (I'm guessing it belongs to some random shmuck, don't ask, I was feeling like a Shakespeare moment), I didn't feel much like sanding it after it was baked. Just slapped some paint on it so I'd be free of the obsession. He looks proportionally wrong in one of the pictures, but other than his head being a tad large and his hands being HUGE (ruined them...dear lord I wish I hadn't), it's not bad for a failed piece.

=3 ...I need a new hobby....

I can only draw ponies XD thankfully that turned out for the better for this piece.

So, because the Sooba hat for Cale was so damn cute (and mah friends wanted prototypes), I maded meself a full sized Sooba NomNom Hat. Crocheting makes my fingers bleed!

I had fun making this hat. It gives me warm fuzzies. The teeth try to blind me, but that's okay, I suppose! But I sorta feel like I should be wearing a fluffy whitish wig and speaking to woodland creatures...

A friend of mine, Moofius, over at Evelon(a pet RP site I belong to that was founded and run by the amazing BaalsBaby) made these for me. They are Lucain, a fully customizable pet over there.

finally got around to coloring my benny lineart

Call me crazy but I think you nailed the girl's hands, simple perfect lines define their shape, pose and movement.
It might look randomness but I looked at the picture and that fact popped first and strong into my brain, I thought you deserved to know. (don't get me wrong, nice pic overall, it's just that the hands got me)

Added Cael and flipped Richard Horizontally. Also extended the background a-bit. I just started on this again, and fail at cropping out my palette(sp?) and am lazy.
