Full Version: have you realized?
Has anyone realized that there is really no point to this forum? Or is it just me that believes that we should be able to make multiple posts about things. Mostly because most of them end up chaotic with about 5,000,000. Of course that was an overstatement for people who wish to complain about me making things up, so SHUT UP about it.
Why the hell did you join this forum anyway?

So am I, but I don't think this forum is useless.
We try and keep things orderly and try to keep subjects linked to the apropriate topic to not have to deal with 5 topics that come back to the same thing. It's the job of a Moderator. Perhaps you are not familiar with a moderated forum so let me explain things.
there are rules to follow. From respecting your fellow posters to not having too big a sig image to staying apropriate in your posts. It's a matter of civility, bandwith and respect. If one cannot obey these rules then, we the mods must interfere. In order to make our jobs (and every other poster's at the same time) easier, we try to keep things in predetermined sections so we know what happens where and so we don't have to read through three times the topics as we would if we didn't keep things ordered (whch we do).
Therefore, our way of working stays. Derailment is only tolerated in the General area. In the comics and News parts, we keep topics on topic. The "how did richard die" one is an example. they're still pushing out theories about it because no one knows for sure how he died except Sohmer.
So, you see, I am doing my job and, if these little outbursts of malcontent keep comming from your part, well, let's say that noone is forcing you to stay.

well personaly i like the general discussion because of the fun lil forum games/ fun topics to type about... the point is is
