Spyder- On a completely random note, I wish I could learn to fight sans weapons...sadly I am too keen on avoiding the pain that would entail. I've gotten some painful hits in weapons training it's true, but I've got decent reflexes, I at least block a fair amount. Even blocking in hand fighting hurts...owww. Anyone else noticed that some of these new dumbells make for excellent in-close weapons? The weight is distributed more evenly in a cylindrical bar and they even have a handy velcro strap to help keep it on during impact....
