Spyder- Anyone seen or heard of a new reality show about solitary confinement? I can't see why this show is any big deal. Unless I am completely wrong, once you have 'had enough' they will let you out. This removes the loss of control element of solitary which is one of its biggest detractors really. I'll admit that since I am a parent and would be concerned about the effect a long absence would have on my daughter, I wouldn't last as long as I believe I could without that worry. Really though, I don't think it would that hard.

I'd probably last a while. I'm not certain I'm completely hinged as it is. I know I'm sane - too much internal consistency for me to be crazy (more than most people, in point of fact) - but it's not normal.
And I have willingly spent up to five days without any physical human contact so I gotta figure I could last a minimum of three.
