I joined a long time ago and my post count is sadly low. Thats what I get for living in a part of the world where the only time I can get on no body else is online so I can gather some running banter. Poor me?

Sadly, my post count too, is low. Nowadays I either get bored/distracted/sleepy and go a few days without posting. When I come back, realize that another 60 pages have been added to one of my most posted on threads, decide reading all that is going to cause brain damage or something along the lines of that, and then sit and wait for a topic to come by so I can latch onto it for a while.
In a way I'm like a topic parasite.
Guh?

Low post count is a good thing. It shows that you don't need to validate your existance by posting alot in everybodies threads and by getting a uber high number next to post count.
Low post count over a long course of time shows wisom.

Wisom, gotcha, but not education.

Ahh you may have the knowledge of the ages, but your lack of post causes a lack of skill of spelling?

Ding, ding, ding! We have a winnah!
TheGrubz
Aug 12 2007, 01:47 AM
it could also mean someone is too lazy to post, as is normally true for me
BloodyPiper
Aug 12 2007, 01:50 AM
Thats always a possibility, laziness is the bane of the average person. Damn being lazy I really need to stop being so lazy.
Space_Mummy
Aug 12 2007, 01:52 AM
But being lazy doesn't mean your stupid. It just means you have no motivation to do anything.
TheGrubz
Aug 12 2007, 02:00 AM
but still, no motivation for everything includes no motivation to learn.
Space_Mummy
Aug 12 2007, 02:04 AM
I don't think a person's intelligence lies in dates and numbers. Just because someone is lazy doesn't mean they aren't smart.
The Lone David
Aug 12 2007, 02:16 AM
It could just mean someone is opinionated and wishes to share their views, their posts could be mostly things that are relevant to the topic at hand.
Space_Mummy
Aug 12 2007, 02:19 AM
True, I post a lot, but I don't think that my posts are just empty air. I think I'm actually saying something important. Arhg, Bodhi made me think I was postwhoring.
Grym

75% I'm contributing. 25% I'm postwhoring
BloodyPiper
Aug 12 2007, 02:35 AM
Are you sure you got those percentages in the right order?
I don't think I've made many post whoring comments in here, other forums yes, here no.

Yeah, I mean, we all postwhore a little bit, don't we? There's a little whore in all of us just waiting to get out and have unprotected sex with the first person to wave a 100 dollar bill at us.

I was just trying to be witty... You don't have to look at me like that!
TheGrubz

Well, the looks come with the territory sonny, you're just gonna have to get used to it now.
Grym
Aug 12 2007, 02:44 AM
are we still talking about the same thing? Cause I'm pretty sure we arent. cause, Y'know, the internet is everywhere. It is an invisible energy surrounds us, and binds us. or maybe thats the force.
BloodyPiper

Good on you then. Just have to check.

Fine! I'll just leave, I know when I'm not loved!
but really, I don't mean to be rude.
TheGrubz
Aug 12 2007, 02:49 AM
Mummies are always rude, as an expert on all things not quite dead, I say that Mummies are the most rude of all species of Zombie. There modesty however, is second to none in the undead world.
Grym
Aug 12 2007, 02:49 AM
I'm sorry.... do you need a hug?
TheGrubz
Aug 12 2007, 02:51 AM
It's about damn time, I started posting here in January and you're the first person to ask me. Yes, I'll take that hug.

TheGrubz
Aug 12 2007, 02:59 AM
Zombies don't need hugs, they just bite people.
Grym
Aug 12 2007, 03:00 AM
excellent point. What about space zombies?
The Lone David
Aug 12 2007, 03:01 AM
He's a space Mummy, they're two different things. You can't use a space zombie when you're out of toilet paper.
Grym
Aug 12 2007, 03:03 AM
ah good point.... wait arent mummies just linen covered zombies?
The Lone David
Aug 12 2007, 03:14 AM
No, mummies are Pharaohs covered in toilet paper, zombies are reanimated non-royal people.

i have 2 questions...
if you kill yourself in the third person is it suicide or murder?
if you have split personalities and one kills the other one(s) is it murder or suicide?
Grym
Aug 12 2007, 03:33 AM
those are all extremely... weird questions. How would one kill oneself in the third person? Would you happen to be emo?
BloodyPiper
Aug 12 2007, 04:25 AM
It's all a matter of perspective!!
To yourself you were murdered but to others it was suicide.
In conclusion other people are not as advanced as me/you/us/i/it...
kobold-warrior
Aug 12 2007, 04:29 AM

Blueberry changed his avatar, I thought we had a new guy for about 5 minutes...
Blue

Yeah, the fact that in the avatar the word "Blue" is there didn't contribute.
The Lone David

I've grown accustomed to the Fooly Cooly guy, if I changed my avatar it'd throw you all off.

The Lone David

The new newbs would do well to learn who their master is.
