ok, to change the subject off of dying people and homework (don't have a clue how it got there), who's in any type of Martial Arts? i know at least one person.
I have a purple belt in BJJ. Sadly though due to personal things and work I haven't trained properly in about a year or so

Looking to find a decent school around me sometime in the near future though so hopefully I'll be back soon

So you are saying that the only difference between addictive and weekend styles of MMOs is just age?

Jun 13 2007, 03:56 PM
I guess that's one way of saying it
Hunter
Jun 13 2007, 05:29 PM
Well each game is set up for a different type of player, WoW is for the addicts and people with out lifes or 9-5 jobs, Guildwars is more for people that rather just play for a few hours on the weekend and still have fun without paying for time they aren't playing. Since I've never played either game I can't say what the actual games are like to compare them. All I know is what someone from GW had said what they wanted to do for it as opposed from WoW.

Does anybody play counterstrike? I've never played it, so I don't know whether it's worth it to buy it. Is it good?

Jun 14 2007, 04:24 PM
Counter Strike: Source is one of my favorite games deffinitly worth getting along with Day of Defeat Source in my opinion, also Guild Wars is for people who have something of a life and WoW is filled with 12 year old trash talking addicts. But Guild Wars is still really fun or atleast i like it.

Jun 14 2007, 09:11 PM
I find when I play halo 2 against some 12 year olds that would not shut up for the whole game, I told them to not talk until their balls dropped and then started to swear at them in french. I hate when kids feel the need to curse just because they aren't allowed.

Today I took the single most easy state French test of all time. I laugh at the people who struggle with state tests. For some reason they ALWAYS feel like they should be administered to kids 5 years younger than me.
And now to change the painful topic of school:
I don't know about you guys, but I'm quite sure I've done some sleep killing in my time. One time I woke up and found 30 corpses at the foot of my bed. I was having a wonderful dream that I was killing 30 people. Except I was awake. And walking around the city with a shotgun. Sleepkilling. Truly wonderful.

thats the great thing about gas stations, always stocked with the good stuff.
Jabba
Jun 19 2007, 09:59 AM
see thats a crucial difference between england and america, petrol stations here only sell the things that no one in their right mind could possibly want EVER. A good example of this is that one day in september i found the petrol station thats like 2 minutes away from me was selling not only christmas cake which was 4 years out of date, but also a substatial ammount of easter eggs which looked... well... if i dont say you wont be HORRIFIED so lets just say they were to bad for even my grusome descriptions.
point here is, english gas stations SUCK, and have usually only got snacks that are chocolate and melted or melting, or off.
VERY off.

Blue, chill out he is only from the country that started the language... mainly be being invaded and the conquerers enforcing their culture on who was there first. Just remember one spelling mistake isn't that bad, a paragraph on the other hand... What I'm saying is don't be a spelling nazi, it only leads to grammar and diction fascism which is worse.

Don't think that's what e was yelling about, notice he used a more extreme adjective, Fucking > Pretty.
Though profanity probably wasn't necessary.

I find it quite sad that you people can go back and forth for about half a page analyzing grammar, spelling, profanity, and gas station snacks. It astounds me that no one can actually think of real NONSENSE FOR THE BLOODY NONSENSE THREAD!
