As in Arms, you mean MS right?
In 2v2, you should always be running with a healer. Paladin/Priest are ideal, Shamans used to be really good until 2.2, and Druids are nice because they can hold your targets in place.
In 3v3, same as above but now with another DPS class. Warlocks are awesome for this because of the powerful CC. I've run 3v3 with MS Warrior and a Holy Paladin, me as a Resto Shaman.
In 5v5, things change drastically, the 2.5 healer, 2.5 DPS team is a powerful combo against most teams but loses out when pitted against the 4 DPS, 1 Healer team. As an MS Warrior, you ARE the leader, you call out the targets asking for Dispels/Purges, and focus DPS on your target. You probably won't have much luck when pitted against a good 4 DPS, 1 Healer team because they will just burn you down almost immediately.
