I couldn't really tell what they were doing with Tavor in that first panel. I just saw feet and ice. That ice must not weigh very much if the guards can carry it and Tavor with one arm each. I totally thought we were going to see some Cale angst over Tavor getting smacked down. They were friends after all. I can just picture a barely-thawed Tavor staggering out to meet the rest of the group as they loosen the anchor. He'd have a blanket on or something and be trying to threaten doom between sneezes. That'd be funny.

Hehe, I love how Krunch rolls his eyes when Richard admits to the killings.

It seems that the reason Gamlon falls is because Kethenecia also no longer has the strength to support foreign countries. Apparently, Gamlon didn't realize that, or something... Archmage seems so sure that both nations will fall, but at this point, I can see Gamlon, but I just don't know how Kethenecia will be crushed

And yes, I do mean the last panel. My bet is that there's no really tangible relation between Richard and the Archmage. We're just having fun poked at us for the constant speculation, just enough of a hint to make the theorists go mad. The artist incorporated something from the audience into the medium, and thus weakens the illusion of the fourth wall.

Hmm. Heres a thought. What if all this time we were being misleaded by ourselves? What if the archamage and Richard aren't related at all and the only reason Richard says the whole familiar line becuase they look like each other. nothing else. they just look like each other.
