The fork of truth is just a PARODY of the Sword of truth... of course he has the fork of truth because that was a nearby prop that could convey his opinion in his usual sarcastic manner.

And it just kinda looks like Richard is getting ready to fwoom something in the other one. It's just the angle that might make it look like Tah'vraay's holding it, but it's also on the other side of her hand.

Teh Fork of Truth was a really good prop..thing....fork to put there >:)
