Hello fellow LFGers!
So, the title is quite self-explanatory(sp?), i've got a question. When the group is on the pirate's ship... why does Krunch is tied to the floor? At first i thought that he was sea-sick, but then i realized: He doesnt look sick, and usually you dont tie people because they're sick. Hell, he even said Benny vomited on him, and she was still on her two feet!
So, any of you guys could help me?

He doesn't have any sea legs. His hooves aren't the best for walking around on deck, and he felt more comfortable being strapped down than free to potentially fall off the side. If you look, after he throws the mast (and Richard), he falls over.
...Well, it sounds good, right? ^.^'

Yes. yes it does.
but horses have been transported by boat before.

Yes, but horses stand on four legs, and are usually confined in a stable-ish room, yes? Krunch is a tiny bit more unstable, being only on two, and out and about.

Then why not put him into a stable-ish room?

Just in case something like what did indeed happen happened.

he likes open air better than a confined room

I had the impression that Krunch was scared of the water, not sea-sick.

Probably didn't want to throw off the buoyancy of the boat?

I can understand why they tied him down. But I'm partial to the dragonlance style of minotaurs who were great sailors, doesn't make sense but they were cool.

It does not appear as if he got sea sick... He merely does not like water, or more specifically, the open sea.

I thick krunch, and his lfg race, get more or less sea dead - or, you know, not good. They just dont enjoy the open sea, as evidenced by several old, and now dead, sailors.

I just thought it was because he couldn't swim. That was my first impression, at least. I can't imagine Tauren/Minotaurs swimming all too well in actuality...

I think his race are like cats, also he talked about Benny vomiting on him when she was a baby and he raised her.

actually she vomited on him not to earlier. as in, while they were on the ship. i think Krunch was tied down just because he couldn't swim.

Didn't he say on the boat he didn't like getting wet. He does have sea legs when he threw Richard he was standing up.

Oh sure, it's easy to stand up on something unstable really fast. It's another matter entirely to stay standing on something unstable.

Actually he was standing for quite a while and the ship was getting attacked and it was rocking what more do you want?
