My faves are EQ2, Guild Wars, and SWGalaxies.

I can't wait for Age of Conan to be released!

I am a big fan of City of Heroes (go figure, comic geek).

I've migrated for a bit to Lord of the Rings Online. I am a LOTR freak !!
Aquacoma
No one else seems to like it. But, I am a huge fan of Final Fantasy XI. I like the community and the interaction with other players. I've always thought that if you are going to play an MMO you should play with others.
TheGrubz
Can't wait until Warhammer Online is released, the urge to yell WAAAAGH! every time I hear about it is building as the months drag on. Gotta be an ork, gotta smash da stunties....
Malifax
That Warhammer Online looks SW33T !! Of course, I'll be Chaos instead. But the Orks look nice as well. AUGH, the decisions ...
TheGrubz
Only problem with the chaos(Praise Tzeentch), is that they don't appear to have much a sense of humor, just a bunch of trenchcoaters really, Orks got the WAAAGH!!! and other comical behavior traits, like their psuedo-cockney accent. That's gonna be hilarious in the game, I just know it.
Jaezelle
I played city of hero's for awhile and had a blast.
TheNovak
Lord of the Rings Online is a pretty fun WoW ripoff, but I didn't think the combat was very satisfying. Just doesn't seem as visceral as WoW's, y'know? But killing people by playing my banjo at them was a hoot, and it was overall pretty fun.

Age of Conan looks pretty sweet, but it might be too hardcore for me.
Jabba
have to say guildwars: nightfall and Anarchy online, AO is really old now, but its fun so i dont care.

Guildwars factions looks to be good too, i relaly should buy that already...

Factions is horrible! That was so my hype going into that one. Prophecies and Nightfall are the only ones worth having. A few people like it, but I completed that portion of the game with a new Assassin in the first 36 hours. They didn't put too much time or effort into it.
Jabba
really? man thats sucky, i will just get prophecies then, is prophecies good?
Buorhann
Dark Age of Camelot was a great game, till it got old and population dwindled. My oldest addiction cut cold turkey. 5+ years into that.

WoW till WAR comes out. Incoming Greenskins!

Prophecies was the first one. I was doing that one early beta testing. Nightfall was just a little bit better than it. Nightfall was everything Factions should have been. I really enjoyed Prophecies for a long time before I got into other things. If you want Factions, don't be afraid to get it, it's just disappointing. GW does a lot of events in Factions because they know it was weak and they try to get everyone over there.

The concept of Heroes accompanying you wasn't released until Nightfall, so you'll have to play for a while and get to Lion's Arch before you have the option to start gathering heroes.. Up until that point, it's all henchmen or PUG's.

Prophecies keeps going down in price, so if you don't have it, I highly recommend it.

is wahammer online for macs? cause thats all i got.

EverQuest is okay, my boyfriend plays it. I can't help but laugh at the graphics which makes it hard for me to get into the game.

Lord of the Rings Online is pretty decent, I just don't prefer PVE games.

Dungeons and Dragons Online was craptacular squared. I couldn't stand it and still can't believe I wasted 50$ on that crap. Graphics were good though.

Van Guard is ridiculous. A quest to defeat the trees. You have to attack the trees. And cut them down. And then collect wood. Woo. Why don't I just go become a farmer if I wanted to do that? Feh. Again, good graphics, however.

City of Heroes/Villains seems to be everyone trying to be Spiderman/Superman/Batman/Whatever without being sued. "Look I have a red and blue costume and qualities amazingly like Spiderman! But I'm my own original character! WOW!"

I think that's all the MMO's I've played that come to my mind.

I never ever played any MMO's
Then i stumbled upon EVE-online and i never stopped playing it.
That's about 3 years ago, almost not played any other games anymore.

1 problem tho, it's not fantasy but SF.
So, no sword and horses, but laser turrets and battleships laugh.gif
Malifax
Eve Online has my vote for great SF MMO. If you just stick to mining, it becomes boring as hell. But it's so much fun exploring most of that Galaxy. I've played on and off for the past 3 years, but I think I'll stick with COH/COV at this time.
Robomanjr
I own and play all the Guild Wars and i also own Star Wars Galaxies but i don't play it.
As for lord of the Rings online i heard it was very fun and City of Villians/Hero was also a good one.
Grym

My favorite is "Saga of Ryzom".

I doubt that anyone of you has ever heard of it though *g* wink.gif
Love it, for its original world and open skill system.
Sorry, can´t put up a link without being considered a spammer. (had no I-Net for about three month, until recently)
Maybe later or if I get permission to put up at least a Youtube Link to a Video tongue.gif

I currently play WoW and Myst Online: Uru Live. I also signed up for the beta test for Warhammer Online (death to the False Emperor...er, wrong Warhammer universe), but haven't heard anythin' yet.

I stay away from WoW because I don't want to get sucked in. I played SWG until they kept changing the Jedi thing (after promising there would be NO Jedi in the game EVER), now I just play City of Heroes/Villains.
Bob Vader
Played Runescape. Got bored. Played Puzzle Pirates. A word of advice people. DON'T! It sucked. I did really well, but they permanently banned me for no reason. Hunter Ocean. I formed the flag "The Pirates" (I did that because I wanted to be able to call myself the king of the pirates) I formed the crew the sith lords. If you do decide to do it, ask around about Doomslay. I had a rep. Stayed away from Maplestory. I heard rumors that it kills your computer. And I don't play WoW or City of Heroes or Villains because ya gotta pay to play. At least the others I could do for free.
