Actually, I was going to grab the blender. I hear pureed heart is amazing!

The only way i have had heart is roasted slowly with a cracked pepper corn sauce and served with homemade au jus juice. Quite taste actually, much better than my normal meal of tears anyway.

I just realized... someone took a look at my picture and told me I had Bette Davis eyes.

To be truthful, the only real organ that i have enjoyed eating was tongue, and even that is a stretch for me. Ill stick to just plain flesh on most occasions. On an aside, why is the oregon coast never warm?!
