I believe this may need a bit of scene setting to understand what I mean by "mwah?".

Imagine if you will a studiously attractive person walking past you and then turning round and asking wether you want to go for coffee sometime, the moment after they ask is a "mwah?" moment, its impossible, its remarkable and its by someone you find appealing, your one moment split id your mind shattering under the awesomeness of this and then reforming around a single word.
