i'm roughly the same age, i recieve no gifts from my parents regardless of their tender, loving care.
i don't think i've really gotten a new set of clothes since 8th grade, anyway. every time i get a new shirt, the whole school has to point it out.

I have something similar, in public I wear this large camo jacket. When I took it off everyone yelled "PAYTON HAS HIS JACKET OFF! HOLY CRAP HIS ARMS ARE WHITE! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!" And then when they took a good look at me they found out of my skinnyness.

i remember that on average, if a girl has a crush on you, she'd be very bold about it, or at least (appear to) be spontaneously directed at you.
