ok, first I gotta say this comic is great, but today when I decided I'd like to replace the CtrlAltDel wallpaper on my desktop with an LFG one, I was dissapointed by the choices. I felt like none of them really captured the, artistic talent and creative/humorous aspects of the comic.

I was thinking a neat one to see would be something like this:

Take the bit about flaming kittens on page 47. Make a wallpaper that shows the entire ship with a watery background and the full party/captain and a couple crew members(show off artistic talent) then have the captain's and Richards little discussion about the flaming cats (which are running around on the deck) in text bubbles. Then to add something to it, have an evil creature, either a sea creature off the side of the boat or a "flaming rat" coming up from below deck that the crew members have noticed but all of the party is too interested in the kittens to notice.

Cale would be attempting to help the kittens, chasing after them, also be the one nearest the 'evil creature'

Richard is next to the captain, impressed with himself

Gid/The Priestess is standing to side caring little about the fate of the burning kittens

Krunch is of course tied to the deck

You don't like the Stratics one, with Cale in a (not unusual) humiliating position, and the others leaving him be? Or the prowess of the bunny in the Karat Diamond one?

If you WoW at all, you have to love the Loading... one. I wish my comp wouldn't stretch it out of whack when I tried to use it.

Your suggestion is lovely, but it's a bit situational...we don't know if the captain will be important for much longer. I don't think it'd be wise to make a wallpaper with actual characters in it, beyond our usual group.

The chibi wallpaper is by and large my favorite, the stratics one is good too.

Out of curiousity, did you try this kind of request with Tim Buckley?

Lar, you know what i want as a wallpaper. It's in your sketchbook And the only actual "request" I would have for you is more resolutions, not more selection. I really need a widescreen LFG wallpaper

I haven't tried posting this elsewhere, just thought this, or something similar would be a neat idea for a wallpaper, and figured this would be a good place to get it noticed. I agree with Ghislord, I've got a widescreen monitor, so a larger widescreen resolution would be nice for the wallpapers as well.

I would also like a wide screen but can the Karet Diamond be first if it is done, that one is my favorite.

QFT. Pleeeeeeaaaaaase?
