Because Sooba is the fifth member.

Sooba is actually Cale's pet, making him NOT a member but actually a .... well, a pet. same goes for Richard's minion. pet!

Sooba plays a large enough role to be a fifth member.
And is definately no longer Cale's pet, if anything he's Richard's.

yes, Sooba does actually like Richard more than Cale, (by the looks of it) but he's still a pet, fair enough

Despite the fact that Sooba is really big and furry, his healthbar is still showing smaller than that of let's say Richard's or Cale's. ^^
