Edit: Hmmmm.... I like Dirty Orchestra, but Lose Control is just an old hip hop song with a violin overlay... basically just a remix. If you can direct me to more of their stuff that's purely instrumental, I'd be interested.

I think what I like most about Black Violin is that half the time, they're doing the violin stuff right along with stuff that has a beat, and I find that incredibly pleasing to my ears. It just stirs so much in me, combining my two favorite things; a good, steady beat and violins.

I luuuv the remix of crawling by linkin park.
the strings added for the background, combined with a good guest singer to change the tone of the lyrics you hear are INCREDIBLE. my all time favorite rock song I don't care what anybody says, its my kind of song and I'm weird.
I have ADHD too, when I watch tv and it goes to commercials I squirm from boredum, but only when I've forgotten to take my meds. when daydreaming doesn't have me occupied enough i pace across the house, when I was seven it was running on the ceiling.
I guess the beat rythms of the band soothe the aching boredum, or it easily plays into visual images rather than remind me of emotional tones.
